'Making stamps fashionable sounds like an impossible task, but the Danish postal service Post Danmark may have done just that.
For the first time in the history they collaborated with a fashion brand to design a new postage stamp. Danish menswear brand Soulland were one of two that were invited to come up with their very own stamp. By employing the intaglio printing technique, hand engraving on 1:1000 scale, means that the level of detail in the print is the finest it can be.'
Really amazing to see the process from the original sketches to an intaglio print. I wish Belgian Post would pay more attention to stamp design.
